Hi! My name is James Covington

My passion is to bring joy to others through the arts by telling meaningful stories through music, theatre, dance, and design.

Primarily, I am a performer. I love bringing characters to life on stage through acting, singing, and dancing. However, since art doesn’t only happen on the stage, I also have extensive experience with various areas of production such as lighting, set design, graphic design, and photography. 

While I love performing, I also love to teaching and igniting a passion for the arts in others. I am a member of TYA/USA and have worked with students ages six and up at various summer theater camps. I have also choreographed for educational and community theater, as well as several levels of award winning show choirs.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with minors in Dance, and Music: Vocal Performance from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. (Go Flames!)
